Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on all orders greater than $250.00 (two hundred and fifty US dollars). A shipping fee of $15.00 (fifteen US dollars) will be applied to any order valuing $250.00 (two hundred and fifty US dollars) or below. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to process and 5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.

Expedited 3 Day Select shipping is available within the United States for $25 (twenty five US dollars) on orders placed before 12PM (Noon) Central Time. 

Expedited 2 Day Air shipping is available within the United States for $30 (thirty US dollars) on orders placed before 12PM (Noon) Central Time.

Expedited Next Day Air shipping is also available within the United States for $35 (thirty five US dollars) on orders placed before 12PM (Noon) Central Time.

All expedited shipping orders placed after 12PM (Noon) Central Time or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. Please email care@marionparke.com if you have any delivery timing needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please note that shipping times may be delayed during major holidays and/or promotions. MARION PARKE cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delays due to our shipping partners or inclement weather.

We are unable to ship to a PO box address.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

We hope you will love everything you order from MARION PARKE. However, if you’d like to make a return or exchange, then please note that we are only able to accept new, unworn and unaltered merchandise with its original packaging and dust bags.

To make sure your shoes are not damaged, we suggest trying them on in a clean, carpeted area and avoid walking on any hard surfaces.

All returns are subject to assessment by our team. Your return may not be accepted if your return does not meet our returns criteria of being new, unworn and unaltered with its original packaging and dust bag.

We are unable to accept shoes that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear. Additionally, we are unable to return or replace any shoes purchased from independent retailers that carry MARION PARKE. We would suggest contacting the retailer directly to understand their return policy.

MARION PARKE reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you, a shipping fee of $15.00 (fifteen US dollars) will be charged. 

We aim to abide by the highest standards when it comes to the creation of our product and its distribution. If your shoes have a manufacturing fault or imperfection, then please contact our Customer Care team at care@marionparke.com.

The cost of return shipping and restocking for any number of items is $15.00 (fifteen US dollars) and will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All merchandise marked Final Sale is non-refundable. Items marked Final Sale may be exchanged for an alternative size, color, or style of equal value. To exchange a Final Sale item, please email care@marionparke.com

All merchandise purchased from the Archive Sale is eligible to exchange for site credit only.

EXCHANGES

Would you like to try another size, color or style? No problem! If you’d like to make an exchange, we are pleased to accept new, unworn and unaltered merchandise with its original packaging and dust bags. To make sure your shoes are not damaged, we suggest trying them on in a clean, carpeted area and avoid walking on any hard surfaces.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on exchanges for alternative sizes, colors or styles. Our Customer Care team is here and happy to help you find something that you love. You can email them at care@marionparke.com.

To process an exchange, please visit our return and exchange portal: marion-parke.com/apps/returnsandexchanges and follow the necessary steps.

Please note that our stock is very limited. We are unable to reserve your exchange request until your original order is received by our warehouse. 

If the item you are exchanging for is unavailable by the time we receive your return, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. We encourage shipping back orders as soon as possible to avoid out of stock replacements.

All exchanges must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

All merchandise purchased from the Archive Sale is eligible to exchange for site credit only. Archive Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping costs associated with exchanging will be deducted from the balance of site credit. Prior to shipping your exchange item(s), please contact Customer Care via email at care@marionparke.com for exchange instructions.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receipt.

There are no refunds for Final Sale purchases or shipping and handling costs. 

DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

MARION PARKE digital gift cards are emailed as digital codes for you to forward along to the recipient whenever you please. They can be treated as cash on the MARION PARKE website and are able to be combined with other payment methods.

Any returns paid with a digital gift card will be refunded to the same digital gift card code for future use. Please note that orders for digital gift cards are non-refundable.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND MATCHING

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
