Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Please allow 4-6 business days for all UPS Ground orders.

Expedited 3-Day Select shipping within the United States is available for $25 on orders placed before 12PM (Noon) Central Time. All Expedited 3-Day Select shipping orders placed after 12PM (Noon) Central Time or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

We are unable to ship to a PO box address.

Return Policy

We hope you will love everything you order from Marion Parke. However, if you’d like to make a return or exchange, we are pleased to accept new, unworn and unaltered merchandise with its original packaging and dust bag. To make sure your shoes are not damaged, we suggest trying them on in a clean, carpeted area and avoid walking on any hard surfaces.

Prior to shipping, please contact Customer Care via email at care@marionparke.com for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be authorized by our Customer Care team and must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Failure to contact Customer Care and/or returning merchandise that is worn, damaged, altered or missing its original packaging will not be refunded and may be returned to you.

We offer complimentary shipping on exchanges for alternative sizes, styles and colors.

We do not offer complimentary shipping costs on returned merchandise.

Expedited 3-Day Select shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items marked Final Sale may only be exchanged for another size, style or color. All Final Sale purchases are non-refundable.

We do not offer store credit.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receipt.

There are no refunds for shipping and handling costs.

Price Adjustments and Matching

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
